This live online course offers a hands-on introduction to key tools and methods in modern bioinformatics and data analysis. Topics include:

• Programming with Python for the life sciences
• Protein structure visualization with PyMOL, image processing & AI-based pattern recognition
• Statistics with R / RStudio
• Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) – incl. Galaxy, Conda, Snakemake, Nextflow

The course is modular – selected parts can be booked individually at a reduced rate.
